Terms of Service – Matstrumpor

These Terms of Service apply when you visit or shop on our website. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. General
Matstrumpor sells its products online to consumers. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
2. Orders and Agreement
When you complete an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation means a binding agreement has been made between you and Matstrumpor.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, incorrect information, or stock errors.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in the currency shown at checkout.
Payment is made using the payment options offered at checkout. Matstrumpor is not responsible for any fees that may be charged by third-party payment providers.
4. Delivery
Delivery time is shown at the time of purchase. Any delays will be communicated by email. Matstrumpor is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.
Risk of loss for the item transfers to you once you've received the delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. We also offer 30-day returns (see policy).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

6. Complaints
If an item is faulty or damaged on delivery, you have the right to file a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact customer support as soon as possible and include a description and photo if possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Matstrumpor is not liable for indirect damages that may arise from use of the website or the products, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website (text, images, graphics, logos, etc.) belongs to Matstrumpor or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Read more in our privacy policy.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, and secondly through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the Swedish general courts.
